• 🚗 Parking:
  If you arrive by car, you can park directly on the paved path leading to the house.
  🅿️ Just make sure to park as close to the house as possible so as not to block access to the garage on the right, which is currently rented out.
• Your arrival is entirely autonomous. To access the house, you have two options:
  • Via the left side: Walk around the house on the left, go up the stairs, and you’ll arrive directly on the terrace.
  • Via the right side: Walking around the house on the right, you can enter at ground level from the top. All rooms – bedrooms and living space – are on the same level for simplified access.👉 The entire floor, offering a magnificent view, is exclusively yours.

🍽️ Amenities

• Fully equipped kitchen: stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle…
  🔥 Gas and ignition: The gas valve is located in the cabinet just below the stovetop.
  If needed, a gas lighter is available in the drawer under the oven.

• ✨ Eco tip:
  The dishwasher uses hot water heated by solar panels.
  💡 For optimal use, consider running it in the evening after a sunny day, preferably after showers, to ensure there’s enough hot water. 😉
  A small gesture for the environment… and for your comfort! 🌞♻️
• 📺 For the television:
  Simply open the two doors of the cabinet at the back of the living room.
  👉 The control buttons are on the left of the screen.
  📡 Use the remote for sound; if the image doesn’t appear, select HDMI2 as the source.
  👉 A plastic wedge will help keep the left door open.
  Below, open the right door as well: it gives access to the TV box, necessary for the associated remote control.

• Garden with Outdoor Furniture
• ❄️ GLAZIAR Predator P20 3-in-1 Air Cooler
  This is a multifunctional device designed to improve indoor comfort, especially during hot weather. Here are its main features:
• Evaporative cooling: uses a ventilation system with a water tank to cool the ambient air.
• Humidifier: adds moisture to the air, useful in dry environments.
• Mosquito repellent: built-in to repel insects, which is particularly useful in summer.

📘 📘 Tip: to get cooler water in the tank, you can use ice packs from your freezer.

• 🔥 Extraflame Pellet Stove
  The stove is filled with pellets to help you out.
  👉 In the cabinet at the back of the living room:
• Bottom left: You’ll find the ash vacuum, handy for a quick clean if needed.
• Right-hand door: An emergency bag of pellets. Feel free to stock up; pellets are even available in supermarkets.

How to use the stove:
Using the remote control, press button #6 (On/Off) at the bottom center to turn the stove on/off or exit “Sleep” mode.

• 🚪 Bay Window Shutters
  The large bay window shutters are heavy and delicate to handle.
  👉 We recommend not opening or closing them.
  If needed, only the sliding left-hand section of the bay window can properly close the shutters. Thank you for your care!

  🛑 House Rules

• Non-smoking 🚭
  Out of respect for future guests, smoking is not permitted inside the house. However, the outdoor spaces allow you to enjoy your cigarette break peacefully in the fresh air.
• Pets are welcome on request, with a small additional fee.
  Note: The property is not fully fenced, so please supervise your pet to ensure good neighborly relations.
• 🗑️ Waste Management – Best Practices
  • Green bin: Place it out every other Tuesday evening, as collection occurs Wednesday morning during odd-numbered weeks.
  • Practical info:
    • Waste should be placed in tied and closed bags inside the bin.
    • Move the bin to the curb at 134 Chemin de Chantemerle:
      • The evening before collection after 7 PM, or
      • Before 5 AM on the collection day (pickup is between 5 AM and 12 PM).
    • Please bring the bin back promptly after collection to keep the path clean and clear.
